Return/Refund Policy

All returns and refunds are subject to individual review by Bus 20 Ceramics LLC and may be denied. Refunds for returned items require:

• The item is in its original condition, undamaged, with no alterations
• The item is physically returned to the seller via mail or in-person delivery to Bus 20 Ceramics LLC 4406 SE 76th Ave, Portland, OR, 97206
• The return process was initiated within 30 days of completion of sale to customer

Refunds will be sent to the payment method used for the original sale within 10 business days of Bus 20 Ceramics LLC receiving the returned item in its original condition. Email bus20ceramics@gmail.com if you have additional questions about the refund/return process or if you would like a refund to be considered outside of the 30 day timeframe.
